Good Food To Be Active

Introduction:

To do a lot of things, it is important to be healthy and happy. To be a person of these qualities, the daily food that we take must be replaced with nutrition based food to live with happy and safe without any problems.

It had been noticed that some substances like sweet, junk food etc., are taken by the people though they are not feeling hungry. Due to this problem like Blood Pressure arises. To avoid these alterations, you have to take light food at regular intervals and by these steps the metabolism goes without any interruptions. The substance which increases obesity will also be under control. It is important to take nutritional food at regular intervals.

Carbohydrates and their uses:

It is noticed  that most of the people hesitate to take the substance that contains carbohydrates, but most of them are very useful.

To avoid laziness and keep active carbohydrates plays a very important role in it.

It is advised that not all the carbohydrates but some varieties of these like beans, millets (Ragi), dolichos varieties are very useful.

Lipids for Brain:

To increase concentration on the things what we make lipid contents are very useful.

Most of the people avoid ail foods and reduce the oil content in the food because they have fear that their body weight will be increased.

Fat increases the calories, For this reason, we should not neglect the fat content in the food that we take.

It is our responsibility to select right food which contains low fat contents like oliveoil. Olive seeds, nuts, fish, avocado are the right food for the fat contents in a controlled manner for our body.

Strong Bones:

Most of the researches reveals that the strength in the bones of women are very less then compared with the men. That causes OSTEOPOROSIS which is a major problem. To prevent this, exercises must be done regularly.

Not only exercises with also food containing mineral like calcium, magnesium, D-vitamin etc.

The people who do not take the substances like sweet, caffeine, proteins, millets and leaf vegetables are advised to take magnesium containing food which available in cucumber, sun flower, olive oil etc.

Not only magnesium but also calcium containing in milk, oats, variety of seeds, cabbage, beans, garlic, sea food etc. For D-vitamin it is not only from food but also with our daily process. The human body is able to synthesis. Its own vitamin D in the presence of sun light in the morning. Salmon fish, milk, egg are also examples of these substance.

To Overcome Tiredness:

The women who are actively working at day times get tired during nights, for which blood pressure and other problems arise.

To overcome these types of problems, salt, sweet, caffeine are advised to take less.

On behalf of these, the foods containing fatty acids, Omega-3 fatty acid which are mostly present in the fish are to be taken.

Conclusion:

The diet is the process that most of the persons do in their above adult age to become fit. In their view it is reduced food content. But in our view diet is a controlled food with vitamins, minerals and nutrients.
