SUMMER SICKNESS & TIPS

Several summer sicknesses like heat strokes, food poisoning and heat allergies etc. affect both children and adults equally. Where children need to be specially protected from head and are required keeping cool, adults too need to take complete care of themselves during the hot days.
Healthy summer tips and healthy summer diets helps to protect one from summer sickness it is essential to take proper care of  few very basic factors that seem negligible, but as a matter of fact our life saving tips during the summer season.
TIPS TO OVERCOME HEAT STROKES
The most common problem that people face during the hot days includes heat strokes that occur due to excessive heat exposure. Staying out in the sun for long hours result in excessive sweating (draining out of body water).As result our body loses its resistances power and falls out.
Few steps to avoid heat strokes:
•Drink plenty of liquids like water, juices, cold shakes, sweet lime-soda etc.
•Avoid eating junk and heavy food.
•Eat lots of summer –fruits like watermelons, grapefruit etc. Eating plenty of salads with broccoli lettuce, cucumbers etc are also advised.
•Avoid venturing out too much during the daytime. Try and stay indoors or in air-conditioned places when possible.
TIPS TO OVERCOME FOOD POISONING DURING SUMMER
Cooked food tends to get destroyed faster in the summer season than in the summer season than in other times of the year. It is therefore suggested not to keep food out in the heat for long. Also if prepared food is being deep freezed for later use, make sure it does not stay there for a long period. 
Few factors that can prevent food poisoning:
•Do not eat stale food.
•Do not cook food in water that is static for a long time. Use fresh and clean water always.
•Avoid eating red-meat during the summers.
•Healthy summer diets also include apples. Apples are rich in vitamins and help to reduce risks of colon cancer, prostate cancer and lung cancer.
•Cauliflower is highly nutritious ad is effective in curing many ailments. It is rich in folate and is good for pregnant woman.
•Mangoes are a very popular and widely available fruit. It is rich in potassium and is a known antioxidant.
TIPS TO OVERCOME ALLERGIES DURING SUMMER 
Many people also suffer from heat allergies that occur mainly due to too much exposure to the sun or due to excessive sweating. Itching, burning sensation or irritating eruptions on the skin surfaces are the most common symptoms. To prevent eruption of such allergies during the scorching seasons, follow some very basic healthy summer tips in your day –to-day life.
•To keep your body surface clean from dust and sweat take a refreshing bath twice every day.
•Do not too much of makeup or any oily cream or lotions while vent u ring out in the sun.
•Use a cooling pack regularly to keep your body and skin cool. Take proper care of your health and body during summer follow the guidance on healthy summer tips and healthy summer diets to enjoy the summer season to its fullest.
