Summer and Water

Summer has shown its face. sweat, thirst and tiredness are quite often nowadays. How do we protect ourselves in this summer. Here we go,

Doctors says drink lots of water.When water level is decreased in the summer it reacts us thirst, tiredness and giddiness. So intake of lots of water will be very useful at the time of summer. Mix some natural cooling agents in the water and get better results.
