Medicine from Rice for Burns

Medicine from Rice for BurnsAlbumin is the layer of the plasma in the human blood. Albumin comes from the liver and it is useful in several ways. Infections after burns, wounds and liver related problems occur when there is a lack of albumin. All over the world albumin's requirement is about 500tons in every year for medicinal purposes.

But china researchers found that albumin can be obtained from rice for the human blood. They found that  medicines for burns, wounds and liver functions can be prepared from rice. In one kg rice they can obtain 3gms of albumin says the researchers.
